110-300-0255 Licensor observed the Pesticide Ecologic ant and roach killer was used in the daycare area. Upon further inspection the licensor observed no documentation of parent notification or steps taken to ensure a safe application of product. Licensor reviewed parent handbook and staff policies and did not find a pest control policy.
